The Kandler/Cascamo family adores the Ranch and intends to preserve Kandler's Shadow Ranch for future generations(it's not up for sale). Presently, the family resides in Bentonville-Rogers, Arkansas, and rents out the Ranch for brief stays and events between mid-April and mid-November. The family also hopes to welcome individuals in need of long-term accommodation, such as those relocating to Northwest Arkansas or awaiting occupancy of their new homes, to experience the Ranch's charming lifestyle from mid-November to mid-April.

What is the monthly cost?
$2400 per month.
What is included in the cost?
Fully furnished 1850-square foot three-bedroom, two-bathroom ranch house with all utilities and high-speed Wi-Fi (208mbps) included. Two acres of beautiful gardens and the experience of living (remote/hybrid work) on a working Ranch.
What isn’t included in the monthly cost?
The attached workshop/garage is not currently available (renovating). The 38-acres of land and two barns are not available (leased). The family will need occasional access to the ‘Great Room’ adjacent to the house (will schedule in advance).
